If your payment is finalised on the Symbion Elite Rewards platform by 5:30pm AEST/AEDT on a business day, a batch payment will settle in up to 3 business days.
Please give yourself extra time if making a payment with a specific deadline i.e. ATO or Superannuation, and be aware of the impact of dishonours (especially on weekends or public holidays).
Please also be aware that any payment made after 5:30pm AEST/AEDT on a business day may incur an additional day of processing time.
