When adding a new Authorised User, you’ll see a toggle labeled Allow user to authorise payments.
Toggled OFF: The user can create payments, but each payment must be approved by the Account Owner or another Authorised User with approval permissions before processing.
Toggled ON: The user can create and process payments immediately, and can also approve payments submitted by other users who require approval.
